• Migrated a large, high-volume email platform for GoDaddy's digital marketing product from bare metal to Kubernetes with zero downtime (load-balancer backend, then DNS failover) while the team shipped several times a day.
• Right-sized workloads from observed usage (about 75% less memory per pod) and hardened container builds: non-root runtime, multi-stage builds, build-time secret mounts, health checks.
• Delivered major upgrades to the primary database of a system that generates millions of emails per day for hundreds of millions of recipients.
• Migrated and retired thousands of AWS resources across accounts, including billions of customer files, and brought an unmanaged AWS account with thousands of resources under TypeScript AWS CDK.
